Yale Assure Lock Lever Keyed Smart-Ready YRL226HK is a smart electronic lever lock designed for residential entry doors. It combines keypad access, keyed entry, and Yale Home App compatibility, making it a practical option for modern home entry and selected internal access applications.

This lock is supplied as a smart-ready keyed lever lock and includes the Yale Home App Module and DoorSense. It allows users to lock and unlock the door, grant access to others, and monitor visitor access through the Yale Home App. Remote access and voice assistant integration are available when upgraded with the Yale Connect Plus Hub 2, sold separately.

Machining / Drill-Out Information:

This lock requires a standard 54mm lock hole through the face of the door and a 25mm latch hole through the door edge. The backset is adjustable from 60mm to 70mm, making it suitable for many common residential door preparations.

Please check your existing door preparation, door thickness, backset, and handing before ordering.

Important Note:

This product is suitable for residential applications on entry doors. It is not suitable for entry points where the exterior escutcheon is exposed directly to outdoor elements. For exterior applications, the lock should be installed in a properly sheltered location and according to Yale’s installation requirements.

The Yale Connect Plus Hub 2, Zigbee module, and Z-Wave module are sold separately. Remote access, voice assistant integration, and wider smart home compatibility may require additional accessories and a compatible home automation system.

Warranty Information:

Yale Assure Lock Lever Keyed Smart-Ready products are covered by a 3-year electromechanical warranty and a 10-year mechanical warranty, subject to Yale’s warranty terms and conditions. The electromechanical warranty generally covers electronic components under normal residential use, while the mechanical warranty covers mechanical operation and manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, modification, poor maintenance, unsuitable cleaning products, battery leakage, flat batteries, normal wear and tear, incorrect door preparation, poor door alignment, exposure beyond the product’s intended application, or damage caused by use outside Yale’s installation and care instructions.
