Windsor Bluetooth Electronic Entrance Lock 1391/1399 is a modern electronic deadbolt solution for residential entrance doors. It offers convenient access by mobile phone app, keypad code, or key, making it a practical option for everyday home entry and selected internal access doors.

This lock can be used in conjunction with lever handles, pull handles, or gripsets. The 1391 option is the Bluetooth Electronic Deadbolt Lock, while the 1399 option includes the Bluetooth electronic deadbolt with a round pull handle lock kit.

Machining / Drill-Out Information:

This electronic deadbolt is designed to retro-fit over a standard 54mm deadbolt face bore. The latch backset is adjustable from 60mm to 70mm, making it suitable for many common entrance door preparations.

Please check your existing door preparation, door thickness, backset and handle layout before ordering.

Important Note:

Electronic locks should be installed according to the manufacturer’s fitting and programming instructions. Please make sure the door is correctly aligned and operating smoothly before installation, as poor door alignment may affect the performance of the electronic lock.

Warranty Information:

Windsor electronic locks are covered by a 1-year electrical warranty and a 10-year mechanical warranty on products in the Electronic Lock range. The electrical warranty covers electronic components under normal use, while the mechanical warranty covers mechanical operation and manufacturing defects, subject to Windsor’s warranty terms and conditions. Warranty on finishes is at Windsor’s discretion.

Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, modification, poor maintenance, unsuitable cleaning products, battery leakage, flat batteries, normal wear and tear, incorrect door preparation, poor door alignment, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended application. The lock must be installed, programmed, used and maintained according to Windsor’s fitting and programming instructions.
