Warranty Information
Sylvan’s published Flush Pulls warranty is 10 years mechanical and 5 years finish from purchase.
Where warranty coverage applies, black finishes are restricted to a 2-year finish warranty. Do not apply cleaning products to the black surface.
Published coverage is for the original user with proof of purchase. Return an eligible defective item to the point of purchase for repair or replacement.
Exclusions include incorrect installation, misuse, abrasive or harsh cleaning, residential products used commercially, excessive environmental exposure, and removal, installation, freight or consequential-loss costs.
