Product Description:

The Sylvan Mechanical Digital Lock S201 is a mechanical digital entrance lock designed for residential use. It is a practical keyless entry option for entrance doors, garages, sheds and shared spaces where simple code access is preferred.

This lock is easy to programme, requires no batteries, and is supplied with a 60mm backset. The inside snib button can be slid across to hold back the latch when required, making it convenient for temporary free access during the day.

Machining / Drill-Out Information:

This lock is supplied with a 60mm backset and is suitable for doors between 35mm and 55mm thick. Door preparation must follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Please check the supplied template or installation guide before drilling or machining the door.

Warranty Information:

Sylvan S201 Mechanical Digital Lock is covered by Sylvan’s product warranty, subject to correct installation, normal residential use and compliance with Sylvan’s care and maintenance requirements.

The S201 has a 5-year mechanical warranty and a 3-year finish warranty. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and excludes incorrect installation, misuse, commercial overuse, harsh or abrasive cleaning, damage from chemicals, scratches, environmental damage, coastal or geothermal exposure, removal/reinstallation costs, freight, travel time, and any indirect or consequential loss.

The lock must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The Satin Chrome Plate finish should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive cleaners.
