Product Description

The Sylvan Denver range offers separate lever functions and an entrance-plus-deadbolt combination. Choose the locking function required for your door.

Available Functions

• Wardrobe Dummy: one fixed lever, not a pair, with no latch. Use a separate suitable catch to hold the door closed.
• Passage: non-locking internal-door operation, supplied with adjustable 60/70 mm latch.
• Privacy: internal bathroom or toilet privacy locking, not a keyed entrance lock; supplied with adjustable 60/70 mm latch.
• Entrance: key-locking lever set, supplied with adjustable 60/70 mm latch.
• Entrance + double-cylinder deadbolt: matched, keyed-alike lever and deadbolt; the deadbolt needs a key on both sides.

• Satin Chrome Plate.

• Concealed screw fixings.
• Privacy and entrance versions have an internal turn button.

• Operating lever sets: door thickness 30–45 mm.
• Combination set: door thickness 35–40 mm; lever and deadbolt keyed alike; both 60 mm and 70 mm latches supplied.

Machining / Drill-Out

• 54 mm hole preparation.

Warranty Information

• Sylvan provides a 10-year mechanical warranty and a 5-year finish warranty for this product range, from the purchase date.
• Coverage is for the original user and is not transferable. Keep proof of purchase and return a qualifying defective product to the retailer for repair or replacement. Exclusions include incorrect installation, misuse, abrasive or chemical damage, excessive weather/coastal exposure, commercial use of residential hardware, separately purchased spare parts, and removal, refitting, freight or consequential costs.
