The Sylvan Asti range offers matching lever sets and timber-door entrance kits. Choose the operating function and furniture style for your door; each selection is supplied separately.
Available Functions
Wardrobe Dummy: one fixed lever, not a pair, with no latch; a separate suitable catch is needed to hold the door closed.
Passage: non-locking internal-door operation, with a 60 mm latch.
Privacy: bathroom or toilet privacy locking, with a 60 mm latch; not a keyed entrance lock.
Round-rose entrance kit: matching lever furniture with euro mortice locking and a cylinder-and-turn for a timber entrance door.
Longplate entrance kit: the same entrance-locking function with longplate lever furniture instead of a round rose.
Available Finishes
Satin Nickel Plate and Graphite for the dummy, passage and privacy sets; entrance kits are Satin Nickel Plate only.

Passage/privacy operating sets: door thickness 30–50 mm; zinc handles on 56 mm round roses.
Entrance kits: door thickness 32–45 mm; S785 euro mortice lock with standard 60 mm backset and five-pin S725TT/68 euro cylinder-and-turn, 68 mm overall.
Round-rose kit includes Asti passage lever furniture and euro escutcheon.
Longplate kit includes Asti lever furniture with 85 mm spindle/key spacing and a 38 × 239 mm backplate.
Machining / Drill-Out
Passage/privacy operating sets require 22 mm hole preparation. Match the entrance kit’s lock preparation, door thickness and backset; other S785 backsets mentioned by the manufacturer are not selectable options here.
Important Note
Measure the door thickness, hole and latch backset before ordering. Matching appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
Follow the manufacturer’s fitting instructions and finish-care guidance. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and harsh chemicals.
Warranty Information
Sylvan provides a 10-year mechanical warranty and a 7.5-year finish warranty for this product range, from the purchase date.
Coverage is for the original user and is not transferable. Keep proof of purchase and return a qualifying defective product to the retailer for repair or replacement. Exclusions include incorrect installation, misuse, abrasive or chemical damage, excessive weather/coastal exposure, commercial use of residential hardware, separately purchased spare parts, and removal, refitting, freight or consequential costs.
