Machining / Drill-Out Information:

This lever is designed for a standard 54mm face bore. Passage, privacy and entrance functions generally require a 24mm edge bore for the latch. The standard backset is commonly 60mm, with Regent Series latch options also available in 60/70mm adjustable backset depending on the set supplied.

Schlage Regent Series products are covered by Allegion / Schlage warranty terms, including a 25-year mechanical warranty and a 10-year finish warranty, subject to correct installation, normal residential use and proper care and maintenance.
