This product is built using Superior Doors interior door panels and supplied with the Brothers Door cavity pocket system, making it suitable for bedrooms, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes, hallways, studies, and other internal spaces where a hinged door may take up too much room.
The standard option is supplied with a flush solid EPS core door leaf with 1 steel reinforcement, finished in pre-primed off white, together with an assembled jamb suitable for standard 90mm framing and 10mm GIB. Custom sizes and alternative door designs are available on request.

Painting & Finish Note
The door leaves are supplied pre-primed off white, but they still require proper preparation and final painting after delivery. Before painting, the doors should be inspected for any damage, scratches, or areas where the primer/sealer has been affected. Superior Doors recommends sanding both faces with 320 grit or finer sandpaper for a premium paint finish; if the door is not sanded, the faces must be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits before applying primer or paint.
All door faces and edges must be properly sealed and painted. Doors must be sealed within 7 days of arriving on site, on both faces and all four edges. Although primed doors have both faces primed, all four edges still need to be primed when they arrive on site.
For best results, use a complete paint system suitable for timber, timber-based products, and MDF. This should include preparation sanding, at least two coats of undercoat/primer to both faces and all four edges, and two top coats. Do not apply top coats directly onto the factory-sealed surface without proper preparation. Painting should only be carried out in suitable conditions, with temperature above 10°C, low humidity, and good dry-air ventilation.
Dark colours should be avoided. Superior Doors requires paint colours to have a Light Reflectance Value greater than 50%, otherwise heat distortion and warping may occur and the warranty may be affected.
Warranty Information
Superior Doors products are covered by a 10-year guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials, subject to Superior Doors’ care, handling, installation, storage, finishing, and warranty requirements. Superior Doors may repair or replace defective doors at its discretion, subject to its warranty conditions.
The warranty requires doors to be inspected on arrival, with any manufacturing defect claims made within 7 days of receipt and before the door is hung or any value is added. Doors must be stored or hung in dry buildings, away from freshly plastered or concreted surfaces, and interior doors must not be exposed to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, moisture, or wet areas.
The warranty does not cover incorrect storage, improper installation, moisture or weather damage, unsuitable paint colours, failure to seal or paint correctly, excessive trimming or alteration, natural material variation, normal timber movement, minor shrinking or swelling, or consequential costs such as hanging, painting, transport, freight, reglazing, or other installation and finishing costs. Trimming more than 3mm from any edge may void the warranty.
