Brio Multifold 30 Top Hung Folding Door Track Kit

Brio Multifold 30 is a top-hung interior folding door hardware system designed for wardrobes, cupboards, room dividers, and residential folding partitions. It is suitable for both end folding and centre folding panel configurations, making it a practical option for creating flexible openings in internal spaces.

The system allows equal-width panels to fold neatly to one or both sides of the opening. It is suitable for internal timber panels and is commonly used where a clean, space-saving folding door solution is required for wardrobes, cupboards, and light residential partition applications. Multifold 30 is available in standard sets and fitting packs to suit different folding door configurations.

Kit Information:

Standard sets may include top track, top pivot, bottom pivot, wall bracket, hanger, bumper, spanner, hinges, screws, and fitting instructions. Fitting packs are also available for 2-panel, 4-panel, 6-panel, and add-on configurations, depending on the selected option.

Warranty Information:

Brio Sliding & Folding Door Hardware comes with a 10-year mechanical warranty from Allegion New Zealand, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

The warranty is subject to proper installation, correct use, regular maintenance, and compliance with Allegion’s instructions. It does not cover decorative finish deterioration unless specifically stated, fair wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair or modification.
